Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options depending on order size and destination:
- Express (DHL/FedEx): 3–5 business days for samples and small orders
- Air Freight: 5–8 business days for medium-volume orders
- Sea Freight (FOB): 20–30 days for full container orders
- US Warehouse: 2–5 business days for stocked items (continental US)

- Primary Warehouse: Dongguan, Guangdong, China
- US Fulfillment: Los Angeles, California (stocked SKUs)
Tracking
All shipments include tracking information provided via email once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect all packages upon receipt. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for claims processing.
