All products manufactured by Vapor Marketplace undergo rigorous quality control. We stand behind the quality of our products.
Defective Products
If you receive defective or damaged products: 1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receipt 2. Provide photographic evidence and batch numbers 3. We will issue a replacement or credit after verification
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products shipped
- Damaged goods (as reported within 48 hours)
- Products that have been opened or used
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
- Custom OEM/ODM products (unless defective)
- Products that have passed their expiration date
Process
1. Contact your account manager or our support team 2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number 3. Ship products back in original packaging 4. Inspection and processing within 5–7 business days
Refunds & Credits
Approved returns will be issued as:
- Replacement product (preferred)
- Account credit toward future orders
- Refund (at our discretion, for verified defects only)
